Once you and the creator align on scope and final investment through platform messaging you pay in full before the session begins. All payments are processed securely through Film Trips. Funds are held and released to the creator once you confirm content delivery or automatically after 14 days. Film Trips charges a 5% booking fee on the client side at checkout. There are no invoices, purchase orders, or off-platform payments accepted.

If you have a concern with your content delivery do not confirm receipt through the platform. Reach out to the creator directly through Film Trips messaging to share your feedback and request any changes. The creator can make revisions and resubmit for your review. If you and the creator are unable to reach a resolution together, contact the Film Trips team and we will step in to help resolve the dispute before any funds are released. Film Trips holds payment until delivery is confirmed which means you are protected throughout the entire process.
