No. Listing your space in Film Trip Spaces is completely free. There are no fees, no contracts with Film Trips, and no ongoing costs of any kind. Film Trips never charges venues for being part of the directory. The only thing we ask is that you confirm creators are welcome to photograph and film in your space during Film Trip Experiences.

Yes. When you submit your space you choose whether creators need to contact you before bringing a group. If you select yes, no creator will show up without reaching out first. You decide whether their concept is a good fit for your space before confirming. If you select no, creators are welcome during your business hours without advance notice. You are always in control of your space and your availability.

After the experience the creator shares select photos and video directly with your venue. Authentic content of your space, your environment, and the energy of the gathering captured without you having to organize a thing. The content is shared by the creator at their discretion as part of the Film Trips creator standard. Film Trips does not guarantee specific deliverables to venues but creators are expected to share content as part of their commitment to the spaces that host them.

Yes and we encourage it. When you submit your space you have the option to describe any discount or welcome offer for Film Trips creators and their attendees. A complimentary welcome drink, a percentage off food and drinks, or a free parking validation are all examples. Spaces that offer something extra are more attractive to creators choosing between venues in the directory. It is entirely optional but it goes a long way.
