Deliverables vary by creator and listing but are always listed upfront before you book. Common deliverables include edited photo galleries, highlight videos, short form reels, podcast or interview recordings, and raw footage depending on the creator and scope. Every listing specifies the format and what is included so there are no surprises after the session.

For Public Film Trip Experiences, you purchase a ticket in advance to secure your spot. Funds are released to the creator two days after the experience concludes.

For Private Film Trip Experiences, you and the creator align on scope, group size, and final investment through platform messaging first. Once confirmed you pay in full and funds are held until the content is delivered.

All payments are processed securely through Film Trips. Once you and the creator align on scope and final investment through platform messaging, you pay in full before the session begins. Funds are held by Film Trips and released to the creator once you confirm content delivery or automatically after 14 days. Film Trips charges a 5% booking fee on the client side at checkout. There are no invoices, purchase orders, or off-platform payments accepted.

Yes. Film Trips creators are independent contractors who operate with their own equipment and carry their own liability insurance. Film Trips does not supply equipment or staff for bookings. Every creator manages their own setup based on the scope aligned during the booking conversation.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are reviewed on a case by case basis and a full refund is generally approved during Phase 1. Same day cancellations are generally not eligible for a refund. All cancellation requests are handled through the platform by the Film Trips team.
